The was a direct patient story: I was readmitted again after 6 years so I was quite anxious. I flew to Chicago by myself and it was stressful. By the time I got to the hospital I was quite exhausted. Then I found out I couldn’t be on the actual Diamond floor. Anne made my admission very smooth and was very calming, which really helped me feel at ease. Just her presence was calming. She came in and checked on me quite often to make sure I was ok. She went out of her way to contact the provider to get extra things I needed. She took time to explain everything very well.
