Anne pushes through these tough times and always offers to help out.
Anne is a caring and devoted nurse. She takes a personal interest in the participants she cares for and forms a bond not only with them but their families as well. One of our participants was in the hospital dying of Covid-19. The participant wanted to go home to die but was unable because she would most likely not survive the trip home. Anne volunteered to go to the hospital where she was allowed to stay with the participant holding her hand from the time that they stopped her interventions until she passed away a short time later. This is one example of many.

If I ever become ill, I would want Anne to take care of me. There is not one specific moment that makes Anne worthy of this recognition but rather it is how she approaches each day. She pushes through these tough times and always offers to help out. All of her participants love and appreciate her. She is thoughtful to her co-workers often going above and beyond. There have been difficult times over these past years at ML PACE of MA. Anne has adjusted and moved into a new position and thrived. She really exudes of all ML PACE"s core values and part of the reason I come to work every day.

I do not think Mercy Life PACE of MA could survive without her care compassion expertise and skills she brings each and every day. Anne is just an all-around asset to this program. She is more than willing to make trips to see folks in need in the community. Like when the team was in need of getting supplies to a participant in Wales, MA (45 min away) and she offered without hesitation to make sure that it was worked into her schedule. She cares so deeply for our participants and wants to support them in any way she can. Participants and colleagues love her.
