Anne Koval, BSN, RN, CEN

While many nurses have been a blessing to our family, Anne is an absolute sweetheart. I just must talk to someone about her qualities as a nurse and TRUE caregiver. My mother suffers from malignant pleural effusion and must have them drained each week. It’s painful and scary. Anne has helped put her mind at ease while comforting her with kind and encouraging words. Making sure she’s not only physically comfortable but emotionally as well. She treated my mother as though she was her own. This isn’t something you train to tell someone to do; it comes from the heart. Even if she just spots us in passing at the hospital… here she comes, she’s going to say hello and check on Mom. Amazing! At one of the worst times in our lives we have this beautiful blessing that I thank God for. Please share with her how amazing she is, what a difference she makes, and how truly grateful we are to be in her care.
