Anne Maturan, RN

Anne Maturan is a compassionate, hard-working nurse. I met her during my stay at Atrium Health Pineville. I had many challenges during my hospital stay and met several outstanding individuals, however, Anne stood out. Anne cared for me during my last week in the hospital. What I noticed was Anne was a true advocate for me and I’m positive that she places herself in the same role with each of her patients.

Anne took interest in my treatment and was always there at the right time for care, healing, and encouragement. One specific time, a temporary lung drain was being inserted and she knew I was anxious about the procedure. She proactively corrected issues and pumped up my confidence and understanding. Atrium Health system should be proud of Anne and her compassionate and relentless care and service.
