I was able to make rounds with Anne for a few night shifts. On each unit and saw Anne engage EACH staff member in conversation. She asked personal questions to each one such as how their children were doing (whom she called by names), how families were doing & life in general —She KNOWS her team. She knows them and takes the time to know them. The staff was so engaged with her, this was amazing to see.

We were able to spend one night in the ER. Anne was able to triage, care for and discharge patients to help to lighten the load that the team had come into during the evening hours. That is what Anne does, she jumps right in and does it. In the middle of her duties, she would get a call that would pull her in another direction, she simply went and took care of what was needed, then went back to her previous task. She is able to function in each department effectively, she spent several hours in the ICU as well.

I am so proud to work with a woman that is as fantastic as Anne Miller. She exhibits skillful and compassionate care every day that she walks in the doors of this facility, not only to the patients but to those that work within these walls.
