Anne was incredibly kind, gentle, and genuinely dedicated to my husband’s health by actively listening to his concerns and needs, and addressing every question we had with ease. She made him feel welcome, calm, and comfortable during the challenging extended time he had to spend in the hospital. I brought my two young sons to visit my husband, and she went out of her way to meet our children, even bringing them little treats! Both of our boys absolutely loved her. On her last night of the week, she even stopped by to give us a proper goodbye and expressed how much of a pleasure it was to meet us. She felt like a part of our family.
