Anne has shown wonderful leadership, compassionate care, and organization. Our family was lucky enough to have this RN for two visits to NWH. Each visit, she provided excellent communication with us in terms of the direction for my mom's daily care, ideas for ways to help my mom with pain management and staying on top in communication with the doctor. During the pain pump transition, she stayed late after her 12-hour shift to make sure my mom's night RN had clear insight on how to use the new pain pump and ensured my mom's future comfort level. She always brought a smile to my mom's room and gave us comfort and care during such a difficult time. Thank you!
