Anne demonstrates exactly what it means to exemplify compassion, patience, and a palpable passion for positively impacting whoever she takes care of. No matter what personal or professional things she may have been experiencing, none of that was remotely noticeable or sensed. Anne demonstrated empathy, understanding, and an extraordinary amount of active listening to truly make me feel heard, safe, understood, and cared for in the emotional, physical, and spiritual sense. She was gentle in her responses and her communication, showing that nothing else mattered outside of what my needs were at that moment. Her professionalism was demonstrated through the detail within her actions, conciseness of her education, and assessment of my ability to understand the risks, and benefits, all questions were addressed, and ensuring comfort was a priority.
