Anne Smith 2, RN

Anne was wonderful. My daughter was here for surgery, and the doctor was late. Anne came to tell us that the doctor was late, and I blew up on her. Anne took it all in stride. I did apologize, but through it all, Anne was gracious and considerate. Anne checked on us numerous times. Even after my daughter was taken into surgery, she continued to check on me to see if I needed anything. She was attentive.
