She is very competent, and knowledgeable. She understands the trauma of losing one's hair and weight, and not feeling attractive. She makes one feel very welcome and important. She is a very considerate and empathetic person. Anne connects with me on a deeper level than just a caregiver - she makes my visits to the BMT clinic enjoyable.
