We have been so lucky to have such a caring person to help us through this extremely tough time in our and our mum’s life. Mum has had cancer twice and Anneliese has always been there for us. Mum also suffers from Alzheimer's, and Anneliese has always taken the time to explain things to Mum, she never rushes through things. The compassion and empathy Anneliese has is amazing. We have laughed and cried with Anneliese, but she has always maintained her professional side whilst being able to show her naturally caring nature. She is worth her weight in gold. I know we as a family have worse to come but I know we will have Anneliese for support and that makes things a little bit more manageable.

My mum has gone through kidney cancer 4 years ago. During treatment for that, Anneliese was amazing and helped Mum understand what her treatment was. Now, unfortunately, Mum’s cancer has returned, and Anneliese had to break that news to Mum. She has shown nothing but compassion and has gone above and beyond to make sure we are looked after and informed about what is going on.
