Annette Blackwell was extraordinary. Annette, although very busy, made sure that I had all the necessary information to be informed of my condition. She copied all sorts of literature on antiarrhythmics, transesophageal echocardiography, electrical cardioversion, cardiac ablation, and atrial fibrillation. She even provided me with information on my drugs. She introduced me to your education channel and what would concern me and when my TV wasn't working she called the TV repairman (a pleasant individual).
With the difficulty I was experiencing sleeping, I found being informed very comforting. Yes, Annette definitely went the extra mile in patient care.
