Annette Buse, MSN, RN

Mrs. Buse became my instructor for Adult Health II. I was so nervous for this class to start with an instructor that we only had for a short amount of time. The anxiety of starting my last semester almost seemed to take over my thoughts. After our very first lecture with Mrs. Buse, I knew that I would be able to make it through the last semester of the program. Mrs. Buse made me feel at ease with the upcoming semester by bringing a realistic view of how tough this semester would be. She also gave us undoubted hope. She dedicated her time to making sure every single one of the students felt seen and supported while being one of her students. I have never felt so comfortable being vulnerable about my stresses or concerns and yet be so inspired to do my very best. The emotion that she brought to every lecture and clinical made me feel like I was capable of becoming, not just a nurse, but a GREAT nurse. She believed in all of us and is a great role model with her knowledge, wisdom, and experience
