Annette was informative, educative, and knowledgeable beyond doubt!
We are first-time parents, and we drew this entire experience in our heads how it was supposed to go. Unfortunately, we do not live in a perfect world, and everything seemed to go ‘against our plans’. Our baby ended up coming one week early and was induced. My wife was really looking forward to a vaginal birth. After many exhausting hours we did a Cesarean section instead. When the baby arrived she could not keep her oxygen level up and went to the NICU. This was devastating as our baby left us 10 minutes after birth. We have never felt so stressed or helpless before. She couldn’t maintain her oxygen and would not feed well at all. That’s where this story begins.
I have to recognize Annette. Every single person was extremely helpful, and we are grateful for the care everyone provided our baby. Here is the difference. Annette was informative, educative, and knowledgeable beyond doubt! She never ‘gate kept’- instead she taught us, guided us, and ensured us that when we go home, we will not just make it but will thrive as parents. I believe Annette is truly a special individual and was put on this earth for this very reason: to help secure the future which starts with our baby and hopefully everyone else’s baby Annette will care for.
