My mom was taken to the ER with possible pneumonia and was admitted. Annette Foreman was fantastic! She did everything with a smile and cheery attitude. She explained everything in a loud, clear voice so my hearing impaired mom could understand. Everything we needed was gotten for us, gladly (tissue, drink, food, incontinence pads). Annette even made mom feel at ease during the straight cath process making a little joke. She was so sweet and friendly but also very professional. Truly an angel of a nurse.
