Annette James, RN

I had a D&E due to a missed miscarriage, and Annie (Annette) went above and beyond to comfort me and make sure I knew she was compassionate toward my loss. She made sure I was taken care of, not just physically but spiritually and emotionally.

The first time I remember meeting her after waking up was her coming to my bedside and telling me how sorry she was for my loss. She even made it a point to go out of her way to say goodbye to me three times before I left the hospital and give me her sympathies and wish me a happy holiday when she didn't have to.

It was so nice to know she saw me not just as a patient but as a human being who had just lost their baby through something traumatic.
