Her nomination stated “when my mother was a patient in the ER, Annette was very kind, caring and explained everything so thoroughly. Later when my mother was admitted to the hospital…Annette helped by explaining my Mom’s condition to the floor nurse and helped obtain the pin # for me. I was very pleased and impressed with the care she has shown. Thank you Annette!”
