To start no one ever really wants to be in the hospital. When you are, you expect the care you deserve. I was admitted for tremor like symptoms. Annette was/is just so caring and makes you feel comfortable and at home. She sat with me when I was having my episodes and talked and calmed me down all while taking care of my needs. She really understood and is very knowledgeable about her position and to the patient's feelings. Great nurse!!
