Annick is described as efficient, thorough, and above all compassionate, so much so, that our members seek her out for counsel and advice. Members have said that Annick makes them feel like they are her family and her warm disposition and soft speech are a comfort. She will cry with the patient when they are in pain and celebrate their victories when they have turned a corner.
Annick believes in and models teamwork. Although she is a case manager with a hectic schedule, she is never too busy to step in to attain vitals, file charts, provide immunization vaccines, triage incoming calls, and visit post-op patients.
Like many of our team members, Annick has significant personal responsibilities too. With everything she manages and everyone she cares for, she also pursued her Master's degree. Not only did she earn it in less than two years, but she also earned 2 certifications.
Annick is determined, professional yet gentle in everything she does. Those important qualities help her make a difference for our members and our team every day.
