I was to have a procedure that morning and was very nervous. Annie has a calming, soothing voice. She spoke kindly and was very gentle when starting my IV. She explained things before she did anything. My husband was also very nervous and she offered him coffee and he said “yes”. It was so sweet that she did that. She was very wonderful. I’ve had procedures before and she really made it her goal to comfort me and my husband. We were very much at ease. Thank you Annie for your help.
