August 2025 Honoree
Annie Bretherton, RN
My husband was having his second angiogram two weeks after his first. He was extremely anxious to go through it again. Annie was so down-to-earth in explaining that he immediately felt more positive. When he returned, she explained all that went on, the meds he received, and how he did. She did not know that I was a retired CRNA. I worked in the Fargo area for 41 years. I was SO impressed with her bedside manner, her knowledge, and her ability to put us all at ease. We couldn't have found a better nurse than her. She relayed to me that her goal is to become a CRNA. In my vast medical experience, she would be an asset to any operating room and would become a person who would stand out in any surgical setting.
Thank you, Annie, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
