Annie is an unbelievably sweet and kind-hearted person. Annie went above and beyond for my son during his stay. Annie took the time to explain things to not only me but to my son in terms he could understand. Annie would get down to my son's level every time she spoke to him making him more calm and interactive. Each time she walked into the room, my son would light up. No matter how much pain he was in, he always had a smile for Annie. In the hardest moments of seeing my child undergo surgery, Annie showed me compassion and support when I needed it the most. Any patient would be lucky to have Annie as their nurse. She is an extraordinary person and healthcare professional!
