Annie is truly an outstanding nurse, clinically perfect in my opinion. Annie cared for my mother in the ICU where she had several cardiac diseases. My mother was given the most kind, warm, and heartfelt care I have ever seen or received.
It was the entire package of holistic care that she implemented that caught my attention. She was always caring, giving, and "watching" mother for any slight change in her condition. Annie's touch, soft voice, and confident skills put me and my mother immediately at ease. She caught a major change to her EKG and immediately provided swift and confident care that I know saved her life. She took time to educate, console, and comfort.
