Annie goes above and beyond, consistently, with our challenging patients on 5 MB. Her calm demeanor, respect and empathy for our clients shines through with every patient and family interaction. She consistently attempts to collaborate with her patients, offering choices to assist patients to engage in safe behavior and move on in their recovery. She is a strong team leader, offering support and resources to her staff checking in often to make sure everyone is okay. She is the nurse staff recognize most consistently when I am doing staff rounds.
