After a terrible experience with a caregiver after arriving on 5 South Pav following surgery, Annie became my nurse on the morning of February 6th. She came into my room with a huge smile, bright greeting and tons of information. From the very first moment, she did everything she could to make me feel comfortable, educated and at home. She absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty today. Annie is the epitome of what a nurse should be - and I would be so happy if she could be recognized for it.
