My daughter was in a great deal of pain when we moved to RCW. As soon as Annie entered the room, she began to put us at ease. She was absolutely 100% proactive the entire shift. We never had to ask for medication or new fluids. Annie had everything to us precisely on schedule. She was also very attentive to our monitors and machines so that the alarms would not go off and we could rest. Annie's attitude throughout the entire shift was so positive and encouraging. She totally helped get pain under control and turn the corner to feeling much better. Annie was an angel to us!!
