Annielyn shows compassion not only toward her patients but towards her colleagues. Any time a nurse on the unit needs assistance with a difficult situation she is always willing to help. She makes sure that every patient understands their plan of care by explaining new treatments and medications. Annielyn advocates for her patients by working with the doctors to make sure that they receive the best care as quickly as possible. Her compassion towards her patients is excellent.
