I was at your hospital visiting one of your patients. Unfortunately, due to the time of day, the information desk was closed. Although I used the hospital phone to inquire about the patient's room number, I was confused about the east and west entrances and elevators. After walking to and from the buildings and riding elevators and failing to comprehend the directions from one of the doctors, I became exhausted and frustrated. Low, and behold, Ms. Anissa Raines. Ms. Raines is one of the kindest people I have ever met which led me to this letter. She asked if I needed assistance and not only rode the elevator but walked me to the patient's room. During this time she asked me a couple of times if I was ok because I was short of breath. She explained the difference in the elevators and pointed out the signs. She made me feel that she really cared about me and my situation all while displaying the greatest smile and demeanor. What a great representation of Piedmont Fayette.
