Annmarie Shea is just wonderful. She is kindhearted and articulate; listens attentively to you and accurately answers your questions so you can truly understand. She does not talk so fast that I did not understand. She is a jewel. She gets a score of 15/10! She also helped me get special pants I could safely wear so the femoral area where the catheter went into my heart does not get sore or infected. She is an excellent teacher!
