Anntoinette was nominated by a patient’s family who expressed their gratitude for Antoinette’s compassion and kindness in a very difficult time. Being a critically sick patient in the Progressive Care Unit can be scary and lonely. Ms. Mauriello takes the time to console and educate her patients and families.
