She has been taking good and very close care of my child at the bedside. She is calm and caring. She always offers to help and asks if there is anything she can do to help. When I asked her about my child's illness she always explained it clearly and knowledgeably with respect. It was a relief to have her taking care of my child. I was never worried when she was around.
