Anthony came into my room when I was having a really bad coughing spell. I couldn't stop and my head starting pounding and I was sweating profusely. I could not get my breath. He came in and bumped up my oxygen to help me and stood with me while I tried to control my breathing. He could see that I was in panic mode and stood with me rubbing my back and helped me get my breathing under control. He was very compassionate which I always thought of the way a nurse should be. When you are in the hospital you are sometimes scared and alone and this young man made an impact on me with this kindness. He did not leave me until I was completely over the spell and settled back down. He will never know what that meant to me.
