Tony came into the room armed with a thorough knowledge of Dad's condition. He explained what Dad could do himself while in bed (move arms and legs, breathe deeply) to improve his condition and prevent complications. He spoke to us as equals, answering questions, explaining procedures, and even calling family members at home to seek information he needed to give my father the best possible treatment. He was observant, noticing subtle changes in Dad's condition and acting immediately to solve problems. Tony seemed genuinely interested and was always kind, gentle and thoughtful to my Dad and all of my family.
