Anthony has been one of the kindest, most professional, timeliest and excellent nurses that it has been my pleasure to meet. It is clear through his competent actions that the patient is a high priority. Not just as a patient but as a person too. That is very important! It is easy to feel like a number and a burden. Most of us veterans are men and women of action and so to be forced into inactivity is a horrible thing that many may not understand. This nurse has made every attempt to help me feel involved in my own care, to give me something to do and I value this so much. Letting us veterans feel like less of a burden goes a long way in helping us deal with our illnesses and complications. Thank you, Anthony.
