Antoinette is dedicated, always willing to share her knowledge and an excellent team player with her co-workers. He has a strong work ethic and skill-set to make her go above and beyond in caring for our patients and their families. Her compassionate care to her patients made her the winner of our unit created award for Most Engaged Employee for 3 consecutive months. These tabulations were based on the recognition of co-workers, patients' comments during rounding, letters of recognition from patient and families and post discharge calls. Antoinette is a role model and truly executes our mission and values which is caring. She is professional, gave pain medication timely, and is detailed in giving instructions.
