Antoinette Landis, RN

Antionette became my dad’s nurse in a very different time of his life. His vision became so impaired that he could no longer drive, and his health was getting worse along with mental health due to my mom's Alzheimer’s. Her respect for her patients helped form an instant relationship in which he respects her and her advice/education. He attributes her saving his life and I agree. She was able to convince him to go to the hospital when no one else could. She advocates for him constantly and he trusts that she will always do her best to meet his needs. Being a nurse, I witness her always adhering to high nursing standards. She is committed to her job and Veterans. We witness her training new nurses and teaching them how to care for Veterans. She is thorough and goes above and beyond. My dad and all Veterans are lucky having her as a nurse.
