Antoinette Reynolds, RN

I was admitted to 5 North Tower/Telemetry, where I have been for the past 5 days as of writing of this review. Antoinette was my nurse on day 2. Her calming spirit and compassion made me feel safe and gave me hope when I was completely scared out of my mind. Professionally, she performed superbly, observing and dealing with my medical needs. She would often pop into my room quickly just to reassure me. When Antoinette was unavailable, she would send G, her twin, and that brought me joy and staved off the depression, which was strong on other days.
