While the whole response was well orchestrated, Anton took the lead in confident and decisive action which potentially saved my mother's life. He took the extra effort to make sure that both my mother and our family understood what was happening and why.
Anton made my mother and our family feel like my mother was going to be taken care of and be okay. He went far beyond merely doing his job. For the first time, we were able to relax, secure in the feeling that the situation was being handled.
