Antonette was nominated by a patient during what she described as a very troublesome and emotional time. "Your staff went above and beyond to keep me comfortable as I was dealing with major issues; Antonette stood out the most."
At one point, the patient's condition required a Rapid Response — a call made to bring additional medical assistance when a patient's condition is deteriorating.
"I was alone and very frightened. Antonette stayed with me, kept me comfortable and updated on what was happening and took the time to update my family until they could get to the hospital."
The patient was also appreciative when Antonette called her at home to check in after she was discharged.
"That really meant a lot to me and my family. I will never forget the exceptional care I received."
