Antonina Sabadakh, RN

Ms. Antonina Sabadakh is an exceptional OR nurse who works on Tour 2. Ms. Sabadakh has been a Nurse at Woodhull for 19 years. She is a role model in the OR. She provides excellent care to our patients who come to the operating room for their procedures. She demonstrates excellence in providing pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care for our patients. Ms. Sabadakh displays effective communication skills with her colleagues, management, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other departmental personnel. She consistently performs in her work and establishes and maintains strong interpersonal and professional relationships with her team members and management. She is exceptionally reliable and trustworthy with an assignment given and is always willing to help, including working above and beyond when we have a staff shortage. She is dependable with no issues with tardiness or absenteeism. On certain occasions when we have staffing challenges in the Post-op Recovery area, she will assist and recover patients postoperatively without hesitation.
