تم قبول طفلي المولود حديثا في وحدة العناية المركزة لحديثي الولادة ، وجميع ممرضات وحدة العناية المركزة لحديثي الولادة ممتازات .. لكن الأخت انو كانت تعتني بطفلي بشكل جيد للغاية ، فقد شرحت لي كيفية رعاية الطفل جيدا ، فنحن سعداء برعايتها والتفاني في عملها. تعاطفك لم يمر مرور الكرام. ... شكرا لك على تفانيك ورعايتك المتميزين. لقد أحدث تعاطفك ولطفك فرقا حقيقيا في تعافي طفلي "أنا ممتن للدعم الاستثنائي الذي قدمته لي في المستشفى. شكرا لك على تفانيك الثابت في رعاية المرضى ".
Translation:
My newborn baby was admitted to the NICU. All NICU nurses are excellent, but sister Anu took care of my baby very nicely. She explained how to take care of the baby very well. We were happy with her care, hard work, and dedication to her work.
