April has an extraordinary outlook and disposition for patient care. She is compassionate, empathetic, and understanding. Furthermore, upon calling for her, she was very prompt and attentive. Her communication was exemplary! She was good in letting us know what to expect, what was going on currently and what we might anticipate coming up. Her attention and care helped smooth over other inconveniencies.
