Our brother was in ICU and April explained it all and helped us understand what was going on. April cared more than any other by treating us like we were family. She educated us on all that was going on. She focused on him and talked to him while providing care. April was excited with us when we were able to get my brother’s breathing tube out. April always kept us in loop by explaining every medication and every step she of what she was doing. Being that my brother is main the provider for his family, she knew our concerns. I work in a hospital as well and being on the other side, April made us feel important!
