Where do I start! April is the definition of amazing. Despite our bad experience at Henry Ford Providence Hospital, she tried to do everything that she could to make us feel comfortable, although things were out of control. She was a very professional and compassionate person. My dad was so lucky to have had her as a nurse, she was our bright spot in a very bad situation.
