I left her to get a box of Kleenex. When I returned, I witnessed April on the floor, consoling a patient's daughter, the girl's tears flowing onto her overworked scrubs." The daughter had just learned that her mother was placed on Hospice care. April's moment of true compassion was just an illustration of the way April shows her being "One Person showing, One Love, at a very special Moment for this family member."
