April McDonald, RN

I would like to take the necessary steps to recognize April McDonald for an outstanding display of compassion, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to providing exceptional care. The amount of effort April put into assisting with a matter that had nothing to do with her is a testimony to her moral and ethical standards. Ms. McDonald not only worked diligently to right a wrong but also followed up on the progress once the necessary parties were involved.

From my observation, there is a reason that April is a team leader, as she exemplifies the necessary characteristics of a good leader. The care that she provided to me and my loved one has not yet been matched by any staff at DCH. One can only hope that other staff members going forward are trained to provide the level of care that April has given. Please give her and others like her their “flowers” as they are the pillars that uphold your organization’s standard as well as operations.
