April Miller, ASN, RN

I live in Boston, and when my mother was admitted, April spent time with me on the phone keeping me up to date. I flew in, and April was able to calm me during a very emotional and difficult time. As Lifeline prepared my mom for transport, April stayed past her shift time to see that my mom had gotten off. She reassured me and gave me a much-needed hug. April truly took a situation and showed compassion to my mom and myself.
