April helped me with a very upset patient by singing to him for 2 hours, helping me find the root of his pain, talking to him and making him more comfortable. She offered to help place an IV in him when needed and asked for medicine to help make him more comfortable. Even after all of this, she continued to ask if she could help me in any way. April shows amazing teamwork and dedication to the patient experience, especially in her new role on VAT. Thank you, April, for your positive attitude, hard work, and wonderful skills!
