April was a blessing from the minute I walked into the treatment area. I was anxious about my condition and possible need for surgery but felt at ease as soon as I sat down with her. She explained what I could expect then, after the doctor’s visit, she did an analysis of my urine output. She thoroughly explained that procedure as well and was especially respectful of my privacy. Not only was she skilled and efficient, but she was exceptionally kind. This center is a rare place where women don’t have to feel ashamed, and for me, April was a facilitator of this gift.
