My daughter was admitted to the hospital with a high fever. While the doctors tried to diagnose the cause and the nurses and the support staff assisted us in taking care of the baby. April was very considerate and gentle with my 7-month-old child. She went the extra mile to inform us of what was being administered. She was very patient with our constant questions and made every effort to address them. One occasion we informed her that our daughter doesn't like a particular medicine and she vomits. April went back to the doctor and came back with a solution. As a parent of a child or infant who is sick or unwell, we may have been impatient or anxious in our approach, but April made sure she was patient in addressing our concerns.
